PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which can induce ADCC activity and CDC activity as is the same case with antibody preparations without using antibody preparations.SOLUTION: A crosslinker has a target recognition part (A) which recognizes a target molecule and a Fc recognition part (B) which recognizes the Fc region of an immunoglobulin, wherein the target recognition part (A) and the Fc recognition part (B) are bond. An Fcγ receptor expression cell accumulation agent and a molecule target immunotherapy agent contain the crosslinker. A labeling reagent contains the crosslinker which has further a marker substance (D).
