Auto refill perfume atomizer

A refillable perfume atomizer apparatus is described, capable of refill without requiring pouring or exposure of an interior of the liquid storage chamber to the external atmosphere. The perfume atomizer includes an internal pump that creates a negative air pressure within the sealed liquid storage container so that refill liquid is drawn into the liquid storage chamber when the perfume atomizer dispenser is engaged to a refill reservoir container.

1. A fluid dispenser apparatus comprising:
a container having a partition wall that divides said container into an enclosed first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber; a conduit formed in said partition wall of said container coupling said first fluid chamber and said second fluid chamber, said conduit having internal walls defining a passageway in fluid communication between said first fluid chamber and said second fluid chamber; a plug coupled to said container and at least a portion of said plug positioned in said second fluid chamber, said plug adapted for moving between a retracted position and a stowed position; said plug having a stem projecting from said plug; said stem including a free end extendable into said conduit and sealable against said internal walls of said passageway; a valve engaged to said plug and coupling said plug and said second fluid chamber of said container, said valve actuatable between an open position and a closed position; and a refill port in said plug and coupled in fluid communication with said first fluid chamber, wherein when said plug is moved to the retracted position said valve actuates to said closed position and said stem does not seal against said internal walls of said passageway; and wherein when said plug is moved to the stowed position said valve actuates to said open position and said stem seals against said internal walls of said passageway.
