<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly method of receiving a content protected by a copyright with copy control when accessing from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: In a first mode, when received copy control information allows copying of content without restriction conditions and received remote access mode information permits output and retransmission of the content to the outside of receiver's home, and when received output protection information requires protection of the content before outputting, the received content is stored in a built-in recording medium after being encrypted to allow copying without restriction conditions and the stored content is managed to allow outputting and retransmitting of the content out of the receiver's home after being encrypted. In a second mode, when the received copy control information allows copying of the content without restriction conditions, and when a received second control descriptor is not included in a program map table, the receive content is stored without being coded as a copyable content without restriction conditions in the built-in recording medium and the stored content is managed to allow outputting and retransmitting of the content out of the receiver's home. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
