According to a noise reducing device for a gas turbine of a vessel of the present invention, the noise reducing device introducing air required for operation of the gas turbine and reducing noise generated by the operation of the gas turbine includes a housing of which one side is adjacent to an air intake of the gas turbine and both sides are penetrated and multiple ribs formed inside the housing to be separated at constant intervals to form a passage wherein air flows between one side and the other side of the housing. The intervals between the ribs of the passage become narrower from one side of the housing to the other side of the housing. The noise of the gas turbine generated by the operation of the gas turbine is transmitted to the other side of the housing from one side of the housing along the passage with the ribs of which the intervals become narrower and absorbed by the ribs. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the noise reducing device for the gas turbine of the vessel capable of effectively absorbing the noise generated by the gas turbine.
