HEAT RADIATION STRUCTURE AND ELECTRIC MOTOR HAVING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit module and an electric motor that have a heat radiation structure having high performance and can secure long-term reliability by radiating heat of a heating body via the novel heat radiation structure even when used in a high and broad temperature range in a configuration containing plural heating bodies having different shapes.SOLUTION: In an electric motor having a circuit module 4 in which general circuit elements 16 such as IC 10, a capacitor 11 and a chip component 12 are mounted on a printed wiring plate 15, a thermal conduction mold 13 is disposed in a space between the circuit elements 16 and the housing 9. A stator is configured by press-fitting and fixing an iron core 1 wound by a winding 2 to the inner peripheral surface of a frame 3. The circuit module 4 is disposed between the winding 2 and the housing 9 having a bearing mount portion in which a bearing 5a is mounted. The inside of the inner peripheral surface of the iron core 1 of the stator serves as a space in which a rotor 6 is mounted. The thermal conduction mold 13 contains a bleeding component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
