PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent capable of being smoothly extracted from an intracorporal lumen in which the stent has been detained.SOLUTION: A stent includes a plurality of annular unit patterns composed of an annular wire having a periodic pattern, where a cylindrical shape is formed by adjacent annular unit patterns being connected in the axial direction by a plurality of connection sections. The plurality of connection sections include a fragile connection section, which is a connection section including a first fragile section that can be easily broken than the remaining part of the connection section, and a normal connection section, which is a connection section including no first fragile section. Two annular unit patterns adjacent to each other in the axial direction are connected with each other by using a plurality of connection sections including one normal connection section and one or more fragile connection sections.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
