A single-pole multi-throw (SPMT) switch capable of reducing the area of a circuit includes a selective switch group. The selective switch group includes: a primary first switch group, a secondary first switch group, and a secondary second switch group. The primary first switch group includes a plurality of serially-connected primary transistors and transmits an RF signal. The secondary first switch group is connected to the primary first switch group, includes a plurality of serially-connected secondary first transistors, and transmits an RF signal if the first transistors and the secondary first transistors are turned on. The secondary second switch group is connected to the primary first switch group, includes a plurality of serially-connected secondary second transistors, and transmits an RF signal if the primary transistors and the secondary second transistors are turned on. Both the total number of the plurality of secondary first transistors and the total number of the plurality of the secondary second transistors are greater than the total number of the plurality of primary transistors. |
