A refresh signal generating circuit according to the present invention can comprise: a refresh signal generating unit which is configured to generate a first preliminary refresh signal whose period is varied according to a temperature variation; a ratio adjusting unit which is configured to generate a second preliminary refresh signal and a third preliminary refresh signal in response to the first preliminary refresh signal, wherein the second preliminary refresh signal and the third preliminary refresh signal have the same period-variable slope as the first preliminary refresh signal and different period ratios; and a selecting unit which is configured to select one among the first preliminary refresh signal, the second preliminary refresh signal, and the third preliminary refresh signal in response to a control signal, and outputs a selected signal as a refresh signal. According to the present invention, efficient refresh period variation can be realized by considering a temperature variation and memory cell characteristics. |
