The present invention relates to a nanoporous membrane in which hydrogel micro structure is patterned, a manufacturing method for the same, and a cell floating culture device including a nanoporous membrane. According to the present invention, hydrogel micro patterning is able to be applied to a selective position on the nanoporous membrane with a three-dimensional structure. Also, the hydrogel micro patterning in which both a cell and a bioactive substance are capsulated or the cell and the bioactive substance are capsulated by being separated from each other is performed on the nanoporous membrane with the three-dimensional structure. Moreover, the nanoporous membrane to which the hydrogel micro patterning is applied and the three-dimensional cell culture device including the same is able to be applied to tissue engineering, cytodifferentiation, a diagnosis technique based on a cell, and a drug screening field by providing a three-dimensional minute environment enabling human body imitation. According to an aspect of the present invention, a method of patterning the hydrogel micro structure on the nanoporous membrane comprises: (a) a step of preparing a mold with a concave surface; (b) a step of filling the concave surface of the mold with a photopolymer; (c) a step of covering the mold filled with the photopolymer on the concave surface with the nanoporous membrane; (d) a step of radiating light to the mold covered by the nanoporous membrane; and (e) a step of removing the mold. |
