The present invention relates a near field communication (NFC) print controlling and locking system. The system is applied to a system for various printing devices to allow the output of a printout through the printing devices based on print permission information recorded in a digital recording unit capable of recording data like an NFC card. For example, the NFC card can include the number of printouts that can be printed if application software of a computer system is matched with a code as the print permission information is coded with identification information, and can be output through an available printing device based on information of an available term. Therefore, only a person having a predetermined authority can normally operate various devices employed by the printing device, so that the use of the printing device can be properly locked. A locking unit can search for and control contents in the NFC card through an NFC card reader or a Mobile App, and can notify the time limit of an available term for printing and the remaining number of allowed printouts through an alarm function of the Mobile App, so that a device operator can rapidly take an action such as replacement. |
