<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the synchronized rectification by a PFC control circuit easily and stably. <P>SOLUTION: When a PFC control circuit 105 orders a MOSFET 103 to be ON, a MOSFET 104 is switched off synchronously, whereas the MOSFET 103 is switched on, being delayed by a specified time from the timing. Moreover, when the PFC control circuit 105 orders the MOSFET 103 to be OFF, the MOSFET 103 is switched off synchronously, whereas the MOSFET 104 is switched on, being delayed by a specified time until the voltage between the source and drain of the MOSFET 103 becomes a sufficient voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
