PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for performing hybrid uplink allocation per station and per flow and connection.SOLUTION: An apparatus 102 implements a hybrid uplink (UL) resource allocation per flow and connection and per station to improve UL control efficiency and UL resource utilization.
