PURPOSE: A high heat-resistance electrical insulate-coating agent, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the generation of poisonous gas when fire occurs, and to successively coat without a joint. CONSTITUTION: A high heat-resistance electrical insulate-coating agent contains the following: 100 parts of colloid-phase sol by weight in a liquid nano colloidal phase with the nanoparticle size of 10~50 nanometers; 5~40 parts of alcohol solvent by weight; 5~45 parts of sol-gel inorganic ceramic precursor by weight; 3~10 times larger amount of distilled water of the ceramic precursor; 0.5~40 parts of more than one inorganic binder by weight or 0.5~5 parts of more than one surfactant by weight; 5~50 parts of more than one insulating aid by weight; and 0.1~30 parts of potassium titanate fiber by weight.
