PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a driver take the driving posture of high operatability, according to the travelling condition of a vehicle. SOLUTION: An operating index indicating the easiness of the steering operation, is stored in a memory part 20 as the operating index map, corresponding to the adjustment amount of the fore and aft sliding amount of a seat, and a tilt amount of a steering wheel. Further the operating index is determined corresponding to the driving posture of a driver. The travelling condition of a vehicle is detected by a yaw rate sensor 22. The operating index suitable for the present vehicle travelling condition, is determined in an operation part, and the adjustment amount as a target, is determined on the basis of the determinated operating index, and the operating index map of the memory part 20. Then a movable part such as the fore and aft sliding of the seat, is adjusted to the adjustment amount. Whereby the optimum driving posture of the driver can be taken. |
