<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately realize vigilance keeping and hypnosis accelerating by an apparatus wherein a forehead temp. detecting part for detecting the forehead surface temp. of the face part of a human body is provided and the forehead temp. is controlled by applying a cooling stimulus to the face part of the human body based on the output of this forehead temp. detecting part. SOLUTION: A means for perceiving temp. such as a thermistor is provided as a human body temp. sensor 1 for perceiving the skin temp. of a human body and either this is directly mounted on the skin or this is installed by facing to the human body at a little separated part from the body. In addition, the temp. of the skin is detected by means of a temp. detecting part 2 inputting the output signal of the human body temp. sensor 1 to control a stimulus outputted toward the face part by means of a forehead temp. control means 3 in accordance with the detecting result. In this instance, as the control items, variation region, variation width, decreasing speed and variation with time of the forehead temp. are cited. In addition, as the kind of the stimulus, any embodiment that is a means being effective to vigilance keeping and hypnosis accelerating can be used and e.g. when the face part is cooled, except cool air is used, a method wherein a cool radiation panel is installed in the neighborhood of the face part and a method wherein a cooling medium is directly brought into contact with the face part are considered.</p> |
