<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a draining tool for a dipping tank, capable of carrying out draining of water from washed rice, or the excess water after dipping the rice into clear water well, capable of rapidly dropping the rice allowed to include the clear water from the bottom part of the dipping tank, excellent in practicality and operability, and used for washing or water-including of the rice for sake brewery. SOLUTION: This draining tool B for a dipping tank used for washing or water-including of rice for sake brewery when draining away and off a washed water from a discharging part 1 by charging the washed rice 2 washed at a different step to the dipping tank A having water-discharging part 1 installed at the under part thereof, or allowing the washed rice 2 in the dipping tank A to include clear water 3 and thereafter discharging the excess water from the discharging part 1 and draining off the excess water has a cylindrical body 5 having water-penetrating wall 4, installed so as to be stood on the water- discharging part 1 of the dipping tank A.</p> |
