<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate snow removing work by building heating bodies in a floor panel of a balcony provided protruding from a building body part. SOLUTION: A floor panel 11 constituting a balcony 1 is formed of an upper layer floor finishing material 14, an intermediate layer foam styrene resin body 16, and lower layer plywood 17. The intermediate layer foam styrene resin body 16 is inclined from the indoor side to the outdoor side, thickness on the outdoor side is made thinner than thickness on the indoor side, and metallic hot water pipes 15 connected to the indoor side end part and the outdoor side end part are built in to circulate hot water. When it snows, snow is melted by the hot water pipes 15 built in the floor panel 11 so that snow does not stay on the balcony 1. Even in case of snow staying due to heavy snow, snow is gradually melted by heating bodies from the lower part of snow. Snow removing work can therefore be performed easily without taking much time.</p> |
