PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and a shift feeling by finishing a shift during a prescribed time even when a rotating speed of a transmission during shift time makes a high rotation. SOLUTION: A control unit 2 is arranged to set a target change rate dNt0 of a rotating speed Nt on the basis of an actual turbine rotating speed Nt (an input shaft rotating speed of a shift mechanism 11) detected by a turbine rotating speed measuring means 1 during shift time so that the shift is finished during a preset shift time T as well as to control oil pressure of a frictionally engaging element of the shift mechanism 11 through a duty solenoid valve 3 (a hydraulic pressure control element) by making a feedback control so that the rotating speed Nt during shift time is changed by the preset target change rate dNt0 . |
