PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a foam layer of good quality by filling the gap between a core material and a surface with foamable resin beads and enhancing heating foaming efficiency of a foam layer formed by foaming the foamable resin beads under heating. SOLUTION: A large number of pores are provided in the sheet for the skin 5 to be set to a porous air permeable mold 33 so as to pierce through the sheet for the skin 35 and, when an interior member employing the sheet for the porous skin is produced, steam is supplied to the gap 38 filled with foamable resin beads and, at the same time, equal negative pressure is generated over the entire region in the gap 38 through the pores drilled in the sheet for the skin 35 and the through-holes of the porous mold to pass steam through the entire region in the gap 38 by negative pressure action to effectively foam the foamable resin beads without weakening the rigidity of a core material. |
