PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw out a latent desire or request for a chief mourner's new residence to propose a residence along a chief mourner's desire. SOLUTION: The replaceable residence designing note is alternately replaceably used between a chief mourner and a residence maker. In this case, the note comprises question items (c) arranged in a check list type, an illustration b or a simplified drawing (d) displayed relating to the items, and a communication column (e) for communicating the mourner with the maker.
