PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefine-based laminated sheet excellent in the adhesion between a base material sheet comprising a polyolefine-based resin and a printing layer and between the printing layer and a surface sheet comprising the polyolefine-based resin or acrylic resin and excellent in weatherability. SOLUTION: In a sheet wherein at least a base material sheet comprising a polyolefine-based resin, a printing layer and a surface sheet and/or a surface layer comprising the polyolefine-based resin or an acrylic resin are laminated, the printing layer is composed of a modified urethane resin obtained by copolymerizing 95-10 wt.% of a urethane resin obtained by reacting at least an org. diisocyanate, a high mol.wt. polyol, a chain extender and, if necessary, a terminator and 5-90 wt.% of a radical polymerizable unsaturated monomer and/or a polymer thereof.
