The invention refers to the processing industry and might be applied in the technological process of multiple processing of polycarbonate packing and of other depreciated ware manufactured from such material. The objective of the innovation refers to the development of the composition and its extraction techniques, for example, for manufacture of 5 gallon water bottles from recycled polycarbonates.There is developed a formula of the composition of recycled polycarbonate, which contains additives (mass %):Elastomer 7 -9;Additives on the basis of Irgaclear XT-386 tris-amide 10 -12;HALC UV-light stabilizer 7 – 9;DE-Speed-4 additive 11 – 13;Recycled polycarbonate the rest.Moreover, there is developed the technique of extraction of such composition, which is peculiar in that the recycled polycarbonate is chopped, washed centrifuged, dried, and added to the above referred additives, the mixture is stirred at the same time being exposed to the high-frequency acoustic waves, and extruded. |
