<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating apparatus producing solar panels by laminating under stable laminating conditions. <P>SOLUTION: A laminating apparatus comprises a flame body facing a mounting plate in a contact/separation movable manner; a elastic release sheet arranged between the mounting plate and the flame body; a driving means for moving either the surface plate or the flame body to the other, driving either the mounting plate or the flame body so that load material arranged on the mounting plate is covered by the release sheet, and pressing and attaching the release sheet to the mounting plate to form a sealed cavity between the mounting plate and the release sheet; a vacuum pump for evacuating the first cavity; and a release sheet conveyance means for conveying the release sheet into an area between the mounting plate and the flame body and conveying out the release sheet from the area after lamination of the load material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
