A cooling unit has integrated thermal conduction tubes for uniform distribution of heat on the heat-sink, and preferably consists of a heat-sink (1), one or more adapter systems (6,9) and one or more heat conduction tubes (8). The heat-sink used comprises an extrusion molded body with cooling fins (2) on the outer face and a smooth inner face (5).
