The device has a hydraulic system permitting to compensate a variation of length of cable (7) according to temperature change. The hydraulic system has a simple effect jack (1) connected between a pillar (5) and the cable through clevis (6). A set of accumulators store and release pressurized oil to the jack. The accumulators regulate a flow of oil to the hydraulic system according to variations of length of the cable.
