PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work execution method for a screw pile and the screwed pile used therefor by which the efficiency of screwing-in penetration can be improved and the pile can be embedded by being screwed in up to a harder ground with a rotary torque greatly decreased, while a large end bearing capacity can be obtained by using a blade. SOLUTION: The work execution method is to install a hollow pile body 1 having a blade 10 at its tip or near the tip in the ground, in which an auger 20 is inserted in a pile body 1 so that its tip end is projected from the fore-end portion of the pile body 1 and then by giving a rotating force to the pile body 1 and the auger 20 in the mutually opposite directions the pile body 1 is screwed into the ground.
