PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comparatively inexpensively provide a resin composition having excellent effects of impact resistance and weather resistance. SOLUTION: The resin composition is regulated so that the proportion (MS) of an aromatic vinyl compound unit in an acetone-soluble component is 50-66 wt.%, the proportion (GS) of the aromatic vinyl compound unit in an acetone-insoluble component except a gummy polymer is 50-68 wt.%, ΔS(¾MS-GS¾) is <3 wt.%, and the color difference between the same materials before and after an accelerated test of 500 hr by a sunshine weatherometer under the condition of 63°C with rain is ≤5.
