PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment in which a memory type liquid crystal display device is stuck on a substrate so that stress and strain do not remain in the memory type liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment comprises the substrate 25 mounted with electronic components 35, a flat reinforcing plate 29 which is placed in parallel over the surface of the substrate 25 mounted with the electronic components 35 thereon and is provided with through-holes 29e drilled at appropriate points, an insulating sheet 36 stuck on the surface on the electronic components 35 side of the reinforcing plate 29, a 1st double coated adhesive tape 37 stuck on the surface of the insulating sheet 36 exposed through the through-holes 29e of the reinforcing plate 29, a flat plate-like elastic member 38 stuck on the surface of the 1st double coated adhesive tape 37, a 2nd double coated adhesive tape 39 stuck on the surface of the elastic member 38, and a flat plate-like memory type liquid crystal display device 22 stuck on the surface of the 2nd double coated adhesive tape 39.
