PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for obtaining profiling data, in which influence by array preparation conditions and variable factor of lot, etc., of a substrate is almost avoided, having extremely excellent reproducibility and high accuracy and reliability. SOLUTION: The profiling method of protein kinase activity comprises analyzing protein kinase activity by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analysis by using an array on which a plurality of peptides are immobilized. In the profiling method, one or more kinds of peptides previously phosphorylated are immobilized on the array and SPR signal intensities in immobilized various kinds of peptides after phosphorylation reaction on the array and ratios of SPR signal intensities in the previously phosphorylated peptides are calculated and these values are compared.
