PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shopping cart capable of allowing a customer to easily reach a shopping place even when a shop is crowded. SOLUTION: The shopping cart comprises a first storage unit (a position information detection unit 21) in which the arrangement and passages of a plurality of shopping corners in a shop are stored, a second storage unit (a shopping information storage unit 23) in which a shopping information procedure at the shop is stored, sensors to read a bar code (a front sensor 5, a left sensor 7, and a right sensor 8), a first control unit (a cart driving unit 4) to read out the arrangement and passages of the shopping corners at the shop stored in the first storage unit and allows the cart to travel along the passage, a second control unit (an information processing unit 24) to read out shopping information stored in the second storage unit corresponding to the bar code read out by the sensors, and a display unit (a shopping information input/output unit 3) to display shopping information read out by the second control unit.
