<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor for suppressing dew formation around a gas detection element. <P>SOLUTION: A hydrogen sensor 1 includes a gas detection element 50 for detecting hydrogen included in dilute gas, an element housing part 34 housing the detection element 50, and a gas flowing part 70 for taking the dilute gas in the housing part 34, and is provided in an outlet-side pipe 6 where the dilute gas flows.
