<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting a radio tag to a staple or a holder, and relating information on the radio rag to printed information automatically when printing and copying a paper document by a copying machine, to provide a structure for inhibiting copying when a document to be copied is a confidential document or an expired one, and also to provide a structure for simply finding the paper document bound by the staple to which the radio tag mounted. <P>SOLUTION: The copying machine generates management information 510 by a management information generation/deletion means 208, rewrites the identifier 101 of the radio tag 4 by an identifier writing means 217, and fits the staple 3 to the printed paper document 2. When the paper document is copied, the identifier of the radio tag is acquired, and it is determined whether the paper document is confidential or has expired so as to control printing.
