PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection plug having high degree of freedom in manufacturing, good workability and easiness in retaining accuracy, a fuel injection valve having the same built in, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A sleeve socket base which is a member including a plate shape part having a through hole penetrating from back surface to a front surface provided thereon and a sleeve which is a shaft body including a hole penetrating along an axial center and fitted in the through hole on an outer circumference part thereof are re-plated, and a fitting gap is unified by pressurizing the same in an electroless plating tank to make the holes injection holes injecting liquid instead of a conventional injection plug injecting liquid.
