The flap has a tensioning flexible core that is inserted in an aspect cover (6). The core has a peripheral frame (7) that is supported against the periphery of the cover. The frame has a linear element (8) that extends along the edge (4) of the unit and a curve element (9), formed by a metallic flexible band, that extends at a distance from the edge (4) of the unit.
