<p>Invention relates to waste water treatment sector, specifically to clarification of liquid by filtering. To increase functional, exploitation and technological properties of filters filling material there are used composite materials based on granular filling material and thermoplastic binding agent. Filter element are formed in the process of interaction between components where the granular material is surrounded by molten polymer. During the mixing of components the polymer material smudge and form a polymer film around each grain. In the composition as film-forming materials are used the thermoplastic polymers, namely polyethylene, polypropylene, which provides high chemical resistance, thermal (temperature) properties (LV13912) as well as provides filter liquid treatment not using any reagents (LV14098). As the filling material are used fragments from the composite filtering thermoplastic concrete which is based on fractional granular filling material and thermoplastic binding agent or fragments of the composite filtering thermoplastic concrete which is based on granulated cellulose filling material and thermoplastic binding agent, or from a specially constructed open porous thermoplastic concrete spatial or flat elements (LV14102).</p> |
