<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and thin power distributer, satisfactorily distributing power to each electronic unit from an on-vehicle power supply, and to provide a method of manufacturing the power distributer using a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: In the power distributer using a semiconductor switching element, with input and output terminals 10I, 10L and 12A-12J connected to the element, terminals 30, 32 for a substrate are preferably made of a metal plate, and are arranged on the same plane orthogonal to the direction of a plate thickness. Element-connecting sections 22, 26, extended in parallel with the arrangement direction of the output terminals 12A-12J, are arranged at positions adjacent to the depth end of the output terminals, and the semiconductor switching element is mounted at the element-connecting sections 22, 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
