摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface emitter that has sufficient bonding strength even in storage under a high-temperature high-humidity environment and maintains light extraction efficiency and frontal luminance, while greatly improving the light extraction efficiency and frontal luminance of light emitted from the surface emitter in the surface emitter provided with a surface light-emitting element and a display device using the surface emitter. <P>SOLUTION: The surface emitter at least has the surface light-emitting element 20 and a light-control sheet 10A. The light-control sheet 10A has a plurality of convexes 12 at least on its one face. Each tip of the convexes 12 is in contact with an emission face 14 of the surface light-emitting element 20 via adhesive layers 100, 101. A part of each tip of the convexes 12 is embedded inside the adhesive layers 100, 101.
