The unit has a spring holding device arranged at an end of return springs, so that the device is turned to a circular disk. A fitting contact projection (61) is projected from a flat plate section such that the projection is brought in contact with an inner diameter section of other ends of the springs. Contact engaging sections are spaced at a distance in a direction, in which the inner diameter section is arranged. Upper and lower convex contact sections (611, 612) are spaced at a distance in an elevation direction and are brought in contact with the inner diameter section of the springs.
