<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a system linkage device that can ease an inrush current when a switch is activated. <P>SOLUTION: The system linkage device includes a switch 5 that shuts off the connection of a first distribution line 2a connecting with a backbone power source and having a dispersed power source 3a to supply power to a load 4a and a second distribution line 2b connecting with the backbone power source and having a dispersed power source 3b to supply power to a load 4b, a first voltmeter 6a that measures the voltage on the first distribution line side of the switch 5, and a second voltmeter 6b that measures the voltage on the second distribution line side of the switch 5. Voltages measured by the first voltmeter 6a and the second voltmeter 6b or a difference between both voltages is gained via a communication means 8. The power output of a dispersed power source 3 or the consumption power of a load 4 is controlled via a communication means 8 according to the difference between both voltages to make the difference between both voltages smaller.
