The present invention relates to a preparation method of a hydrogel mask pack comprising a photocatalyst, and more specifically, to a preparation method of a hydrogel mask pack which is completely harmless to the human body and contains a photocatalyst as an eco-friendly disinfectant, to thereby improve antibacterial and disinfectant functions. According to the present invention, such preparation methods of a hydrogel mask pack comprise the steps of preparing a hydrogel sheet containing a photocatalyst, and coating the surface of the hydrogel sheet with a skin active ingredient. Also, the preparation method of a hydrogel mask pack containing a photocatalyst of the present invention provides a hydrogel mask pack with improved antibacterial and disinfectant functions by incorporating therein a photocatalyst which is harmless to the human body and an eco-friendly disinfectant.
