The present invention relates to a solar battery. The solar battery according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a semiconductor substrate which contains an impurity of a first conduction type; an emitter portion which is arranged at the rear surface of the semiconductor substrate and has a second conduction type opposite to the first conduction type; a rear surface electric field portion which is arranged on the rear surface of the semiconductor substrate to be apart from the emitter portion and contains the impurity of the first conduction type at a higher concentration than the semiconductor substrate; a first electrode which is connected with the emitter portion; and a second electrode which is connected with the rear surface electric field portion. Each of the first electrode and the second electrode includes: a sputter electrode layer which is electrically connected with a rear surface of the emitter portion or the rear surface electric field portion; and a printing electrode layer which is located on the rear surface of the sputter electrode layer. The printing electrode layer includes an insulative resin and a plurality of metal particles which are distributed in the insulative resin and have a conductive material. The sputter electrode layer does not include the insulative resin. According to the present invention, since a printing electrode layer, which is relatively cheap and requires less manufacturing time, is formed on the sputter electrode layer, manufacturing cost and manufacturing time of a solar battery can be decreased. |
