The present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a specimen from a powder sample for spectrometric analysis, which comprises: one or multiple sample holders pressing the powder sample for spectrometric analysis to make the specimen; a stage forming one or multiple coupling grooves to which the sample holders are coupled to be able to slide; a guide unit guiding the sample holder to slide on the stage; and a fixating unit temporarily fixating the sample holder at a predetermined position on the stage as selected by a user. The apparatus for manufacturing the specimen from the powder sample for spectrometric analysis according to the present invention inserts a ball bearing on a lower surface of the sample holder into a bearing groove formed on a floor of the coupling groove to solve inconvenience that a user has to fixate the sample holder every time. In addition, the present invention improves surface roughness of the specimen to minimize loss of light reflected from the surface of the specimen and moreover increases filling density to enhance analysis precision.
