The present invention relates to a method of preparing copolymerization polyester for a binder with improved color and heat adhesion, the method synthesizing copolymerization polyester with: an acid component containing: a terephthalic acid or an ester-forming derivative thereof and maleic anhydride (MA) in chemical formula 1, or a terephthalic acid and an isophthalic acid or ester-forming derivatives thereof and MA in chemical formula 1; ethylene glycol or diol having a boiling point less than 300°C with ethylene glycol as a diol component; and a multifunctional ingredient for strengthen a bond between molecules, wherein the MA and a multifunctional ingredient are added thereto during an esterification reaction, and to a polyester binder composite fiber using the same.
