摘要 Provided is a temperature detecting device that does not deteriorates the combustion state of a stove burner even in a long-term usage. The temperature of a cooking utensil is detected by allowing a heat-detecting head, which has been installed on a supporting pipe to be able to slide, to be in contact with the bottom part of the cooking utensil. A protection part is installed on the heat-detecting head to prevent a sliding part on the supporting pipe from being fouled with boiling and overflowing soup. A gutter-shaped part is installed on the lower end of the protection part, wherein the gutter-shaped part is formed in the shape of a gutter with an end part opened upward. A dropping part is formed at a position adjacent to the gutter-shaped part to drop boiling and overflowing soup with an end part formed downward or aslant downward. Accordingly, a position where the boiling and overflowing soup finally drops after flowing and falling on the protection part can be limited to the dropping part at the lower end of the protection part. As a result, an air supply path is not narrowed and the combustion state of a stove burner is not deteriorated as boiling and overflowing soup is not solidified except in the dropping part of the protection part.
