PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defoaming agent for beverages, as a defoaming agent having a specific emulsifier for food as the active ingredient, hardly causing an affection to oil flotation and flavor, and further excellent in a defoaming performance.SOLUTION: A defoaming agent for beverages is a water and/or polyhydric alcohol middle oil-type emulsion composition which contains (a) fatty acid ester of glycerin, (b) polyglyceryl fatty acid ester and (c) polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
