The closure cap (1) is provided at front end of a pen reservoir (2) containing application liquid. A receiving space (5) provided in the cap is accessible to an insertion opening (14) for receiving front end of pen's pin. A closure element (10) is fixed releasably in filling opening (9), and portion of the reservoir is made of transparent or translucent material for measuring the quantity of application liquid. A guide element (3) is arranged in receiving space, and fluid connection (4) is provided around circumference of the cap.
