摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor assembly device and a motor assembling method, capable of resisting to magnetic force acting between a rotor and a stator in a simple structure and improving assembling workability of the rotor and the stator.SOLUTION: A motor assembly device 1 that positions a rotor 13 in a motor case 11 in advance, and assembles a stator 14 at an outer periphery of the rotor 13 includes: a shaft member 25 that suspends the stator 14 so as to be slidable in an axial direction; a first robot 21 that holds a base end 26 of the shaft member 25, moves a tip 27 of the shaft member 25 onto a shaft hole 15 of the rotor 13, and fits the tip 27 of the shaft member 25 to the shaft hole 15 of the rotor 13; and a second robot 22 that slides the stator 14 in the axial direction in a state where the tip 27 of the shaft member 25 is fitted to the shaft hole 15 of the rotor 13.
