PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable calculator with improved operability using only one hand that holds a calculator body.SOLUTION: A programmable calculator 1 includes a display 2 located on a front face of a body thereof, front-face keys 3 arranged on the front face of the body, side-face keys 4, including cursor keys 41 for entering direction-specifying manipulation, located on a side face of the body, a memory unit 70 for storing a plurality of calculation programs 72, and a CPU 20. When a program list of the plurality of calculation programs 72 is displayed on the display 2, the CPU 20 responds to a single-click manipulation made by a user on one of the cursor keys 41 of the side-face keys 4 by moving a cursor C highlighting an item on the program list by one row in a direction corresponding to the cursor key 41 on the program list, and responds to a double click manipulation made by the user on one of the cursor keys 41 of the side-face keys 4 by scrolling the program list by a page in a direction corresponding to the cursor key 41. |
