<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe for an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which is easily manufactured and has a structure improved so as to prevent deterioration in performance caused by defective connection between a piezoelectric layer and a printed circuit board, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The probe for the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: sound absorbing layer comprising a plurality of sound absorbers; a first connector which has a plurality of electrodes formed separately from each other and is joined between the sound absorbers; a ground connector which is joined while held between the sound absorbers so as to be separated from the first connector, and a piezoelectric member which is disposed so as to be electrically connected to the plurality of electrodes and the ground connector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
