PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a crossflow fan capable of suppressing generation of noise by preventing repetition of intermittent contact between a groove part and a wing plate of a retainer plate due to vibration of the wing plate while maintaining strength as the wing plate.SOLUTION: In a crossflow fan 100 which comprises: a retainer plate 1 arranged at an interval in an axial direction; and an arc-shaped wing plate 3 inserted into a plurality of arc-shaped groove parts 2 formed at a periphery of the retainer plate 1, and fixes the wing plate 3 inserted into the groove parts 2 by bending an angular projection part 6 to be formed between the arc-shaped groove parts 2 to the center side of the retainer plate by pushing it to be compressively deformed, the tip on an insertion side of the wing plate 3 is fixed to the end parts of the groove parts 2, and both sides of the groove parts 2 are provided with: non-contact parts 4a, 4b by notched parts which do not contact the wing plate 3 in compressive deformation of the angular projection part 6; and contact parts 5a, 5b which fix the wing plate 3 by sandwiching it. |
